Room Leaders needed in Radlett

Purple Dove are looking for 2x ROOM LEADERS to join a Nursery setting in Radlett. One Room Leader for their Baby Room and the other for their Pre-school/Toddler Room.

Salaries:

• Room Leaders - paying £28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience.

Hours:

• Open Mon-Fri, 51 weeks a year
• Closed for Bank Holidays and during Christmas week
• 7.30 am to 6.30 pm

The Role:

• Leading and inspiring a team of educators by example.
• Innovating with activities and constantly challenging your children’s learning and development.
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with parents.
• Promoting child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed.

About you:

• Childcare Qualification, Level 3 or above.
• Passionate about Education and making a difference to the lives of children.
• Experience of managing a team or room of nursery practitioners.
• Positive attitude.
• Understanding and desire to deliver good customer service.
• Experience with children.
• A clear understanding of the Safeguarding and Welfare Requirements.
