Purple Dove are looking for two Nursery Nurses and a Room Leader (6 months-18 months room) for a small, unique, friendly Nursery setting in Parsons Green in Fulham. The Nursery are looking for passionate professionals with nursery experience OR keen learners who want to begin and flourish their careers with them! The Nursery is a 24 place setting, children aged 3,1/2 - 4,1/2 years old and they have been awarded a place as one of the top 25 private nurseries in London.
Salary:
- Qualified Nursery Nurses - paying up to £29,500 per annum, Full Time, 42.5 hours a week.
- Room Leader - paying up to £30,000 per annum, Full Time, 42.5 hours a week.

The Role:
- Provide a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment, both indoors and outdoors.
- Support Room Leaders and other Educators in delivering an appropriate play based Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum that enables children to make individual progress.
- To plan activities which ensure each child is working towards the early learning outcomes.
- Strive for Continuous Improvements.
- To support children in care and hygiene routines.
- To liaise with parents/carers.
- To attend all training and complete all assignments required for your NVQ course.
- To remain on top of commitments relating to your course and in touch with your assigned assessor.
- To undertake any other reasonable duties as directed, in accordance with the nursery aims and objectives
- Adhering to the Policies & Procedures and compliance with the Children Act, Health and Safety legislation and within the guidelines of Ofsted/CSIW and the National Standards.
- To work within a team to provide high standards of education for 0-5 years, vacancies in all rooms.
- Follow and have a full understanding of the EYFS.
- To maintain Health and Safety policies and the Safeguarding of the children.
The Candidate:
- Able to work as an ambassador for the nursery
- NVQ Level 2 OR Level 3 OR above, equivalent qualifications accepted (desirable) Foreign Qualifications will need UK ENIC Statement of Comparability.
- Fluent written and spoken english.
- Willing to go the extra mile.
- Happy and Bubbly Demeanour.
- Paediatric First Aid Training (desirable)
- Knowledge of the EYFS (desirable)
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
