Nursery Nurse, Portsmouth

Purple Dove are currently recruiting for a Nursery Nurse L3 to join a friendly Nursery team within the 0-2 year room.

We are looking for a motivated, determined and caring Early Years Practitioner/Nursery Nurse to help children with their personal and social growth and development.

Salary:

• Paying around £13 to £13.50 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.

• Full time permanent contract, 40 hours a week. Nursery is open all year round.

Day-to-day tasks include working in partnership with parents, carers, and professionals to promote the well-being of the children, implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, and assisting with creative displays within the Nursery.

You will have experience of working within a similar setting and be able to provide a fun and stimulating learning environment.

You will have a childcare qualification,  L3 qualified and know the EYFS curriculum.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative are essential.
